Your role as Client Success Specialist (DE)
You will assist new signups (trial clients) in their successful on-boarding.
You will be assigned a number of clients that you will support continuously, making sure we keep and grow them.
What you’ll do:
Make sure client processes align with our way of working (and set expectations)
Respond to inquiries of your assigned Accounts
Propose / initiate process / product improvements
