Your role as Client Success Specialist (DE)

You will assist new signups (trial clients) in their successful on-boarding.

You will be assigned a number of clients that you will support continuously, making sure we keep and grow them.


What you’ll do:

  • Guide clients in the on-boarding process
  • Meet with our clients to understand their requirements
  • Deliver Web1on1 digital products for new and existing clients
  • Make sure client processes align with our way of working (and set expectations)

  • Respond to inquiries of your assigned Accounts

  • Propose / initiate process / product improvements

Vereisten

Qualifications:

  • An advanced German and English speaker. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Your are tech-savvy and quick to learn our platform capabilities.
  • The ability to zoom -in and - out (informed about the nitty gritty, while also understanding the bigger picture)
  • A true team player, hands-on and self-motivated
